This was only my second read by Mary Kubica and I’m already a huge fan of her work and will definitely be going back to read some of her previous books. I liked the execution till the last chapters and the characterization were great till one of the characters completely turn into some villain ( nope, I’m still having second thoughts about it!and its this shift, from the larger narrative to smaller details, that really sold the story for me.
