The whole book is told from the point of view of Jeanie, the 7 3/4 year old granddaughter of Bad Nana.

Henn packs a lot of emotion into this chapter, we really feel for the characters as they tiptoe around the museum trying to avoid the grumpy museum man, and then there’s poor Lydia. The first section is an introduction to the characters, filled with hilarious facts about Jeanie and her family. Yesterday a parent came over to tell me how impressed she was by the book fair and that you did a fabulous job of selling the books to the children first.This is one grandma who certainly is not old enough to know better and Jeanie wouldn’t have her any other way.
